This album is a little sound history, made for meditation & yoga practitioners, divided in III Acts:

1. One trip over the Raga Yamani, first time played in a concert, and the Wellcome of a Chaman, recorded at Ibi (Spain) in a Sound Bath Session

2. A spanish Yoga Nidra guided meditation conducted by Jose Manuel Llorente from Prana Yoga (Alicante), with sitar.

3. One musical meeting, first time jamming with Oscar (hang-drum) and Lucía (native flute) recorded live at a Yoga Class Session with Francisco Lencina

All tracks are recorded live.
