about

A Day in the Raga is a sound trip through India, its special taste and the sound of an ancient sitar Hiren Roy played by the Kolkata maestro Raju Chakraborty.

As each raga has it's time period to be played, this musical journey goes from a Morning Raga (Nat Bhairav) until a Late Evening raga (Rageshree) exploring the sounds and feelings of each period of the day during the global confinement due to the covid-19 pandemic.
