After a year of experimentation with a sitar designed in collaboration with my friend Waseem Maner (Miraj), which I electrified using a Seymour Duncan Hotrails pickup, I embarked on recording a tribute album to Hendrix that I released in 2022.

As a result of this effort, my friend Mauricio Farci, the coordinator of the legendary Jendrix bar in Alicante, called me to congratulate me and propose presenting it live, despite not regularly performing concerts anymore. Replicating a studio-created album in a live setting, where much of the music was improvised, proved to be a challenging task.

To achieve this, I attempted to capture the essence of the 'Remember Jimi' album using a loop pedal (Digitech JamMan), reproducing the same atmospheres and effects used during the recording. I also utilized the Line 6 Pod XT pedal, with the same presets used in each song during the recording process. A Wah Wah pedal (Dunlop Cry Baby GCB-95) was the final touch to play the Sitar live.

The outcome and reception were so positive that, thanks to Albena, I ended up participating in a series of Musical Encounters held in Murcia, where I had the opportunity to present the album again.

From these two concerts, I have rescued the following live tracks, recorded directly from the Pod output.
